  2. Go to https://BluePrint.yale.edu/webprint to:
    1. Check pending print jobs 
    2. Check print history 
    3. Request a print refund
    4. Use the WebPrint feature
    5. It is recommended that students download the Student Papercut software for more robust printing options and a consistent print experience.
