Printing at Yale and certain Yale/printing related features require devices to be connected to the Yale Network via ethernet, Yale Secure Wifi, or Yale VPN for access.

Custom DNS

Note: Some students may have custom DNS settings that may prevent you from accessing the website. If on the Yale secure network and you are unable to access, verify that your Network’s DNS settings are set to automatic. 

  1. Go to https://ypps-webprint.its.yale.edu/user or https://blueprint.yale.edu and select Web Print button on the top right. You will be prompted for your NetID and Password. 
  2. Select “Adding Funds” from the navigation bar on the left. 
  3. Once the Recent print jobs page click “request refund”. 
  4. Select a dollar amount. Most users will select the debit card option, then select “Credit my printing account”. 
  5. Select Recent Print Jobs from the navigation bar on the left. 
  6. Input your credit card number, the expiration, and the 3-digit security code. 
  7. Fill out the billing address section with the personal information. Select Ok.
